Link on Ubuntu Cinnamon download page leads to 23.10 instead of 24.04

Bug Description

The title says it all. When you go from the flavours page https://ubuntu.com/desktop/flavours to Cinnamon the download there points to https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntucinnamon/releases/mantic/release/ instead of https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntucinnamon/releases/noble/release/ which nonetheless exists.
