Bug Description

When Ubuntu 23.04 reached End of Life and the ISOs were archived, the non-amd64 server ISOs disappeared. They are no longer on cdimage.ubuntu.com and are not at old-releases either.

Compare
https://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/22.10/

with
https://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/23.04/

The only version of "ubuntu-23.04-live-server" is amd64 . Other architectures were archived there for 23.04 Beta but not for 23.04.

Other Info
----------
This was noticed as part of my work maintaining osinfo-db which provides download links for various versions of Ubuntu which is used by the GNOME Boxes app to download various operating systems like Ubuntu 23.04.

Not a bug. old-releases is where we archive images that were previously on releases. Images that were only published on cdimage are NOT supposed to be archived there. So the bug is that the 22.10 and 23.04 beta images ARE published there for other archs.
