Bug Description

Torrent files recently published for ISOs of Ubuntu 22.04.4 Live Server for ppc64el[1] and s390x[2] return an error to the client, "Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker". No other Ubuntu 22.04.4 ISO torrent files are so affected.

Reproduced error just now.

The recently released `ubuntu-24.04.4-live-server-ppc64el.iso` and `ubuntu-24.04.4-live-server-s390x.iso` are not similarly afflicted and, given this release, there seems little use keeping this bug open.

The corresponding torrents for 23.10 remain unaffected.
