header.html has confusing text

Bug Description
There are two issues in the current header.html file for the mantic release (only one I checked, unsure if it's the same file for all):
a) All choices have this text for it: "Choose this if you are at all unsure." It should be in only one.
b) "Ubuntu is distributed on four types of images described below.", but there are only 3 types.
