xubuntu 20.04.2.0 image fails verification

Bug Description
Having issues installing xubuntu fresh from an image. On boot, the splash screen shows a warning that the image failed checksum verification and would cause issues. Checking the drive on the after flashing also fails verification at sector 3382272.
Duplicated on 2 different flash drives, and using the image from torrent and from mirror, and flashed using Win32DiskImager and pendrivelinux, all fail at the same location.
Problem is with this version:
xubuntu-
Able to install 20.10 just fine.
