Bug Description

'Error: Opening the cache (E: Clearsigned file '/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_focal_InRelease'contains unsigned lines., E: The package lists or status file could not be opened.)'.

Opening Package Manager gives:

E: Clearsigned file '/var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_focal_InRelease' contains unsigned lines.
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.
