Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Fresh UEFI install using 20170209 16.04.2 daily ISO (sha1sum: 93378778ba193f6
2) Reboot into install and run `sudo apt-get autoremove`

Turns out this is a bug (or, rather, missing bit) in debian-cd, not an installer bug. No archive changes required, just a respin after I've fixed the server side.
