The text on http://releases.ubuntu.com/xenial/ is duplicated -- "Desktop image" is in there twice, and "Server install image" three times. Some of the duplication appears to be 16.04 vs 16.04.1 (I propose only 16.04.1 links should get the paragraphs) but that doesn't explain the entire situation.
