Wubi should be removed from 12.04 ISO

Bug Description
When the user inserts his 12.04 disk from within Windows8, the Wubi window will appear and let him install Ubuntu inside Windows8.
BUT Wubi is deprecated, and causes failed installations on all new computers (UEFI / Windows8).
So those users will end with broken installs.
The 12.04 ISOs should be updated, by removing Wubi.
