Old 13.04 Wubi disk images need to be deleted

Bug Description
The disk images used for Wubi development testing need to be removed. These aren't generated any more and the current ones have a broken 13.04 install. These can be installed due to bug 1152708 if an out of date Wubi.exe from 12.04 or 12.04.1 is used.
Removing the disk images will stop this happening.
