Bug Description

On the Year view the order of Year and Month should be adjustable for translations. See the first screenshot.
For example:

In English it should be:
January 2016

But in Hungarian:
2016 január

So please use variables (%1 %2).arg(MMM).arg(yyyy) so translatators can change the order.

The second one is on the Week view. If I want to add an event to end of a month, the app displays the first week of the next month too, so the header is Actual Month/Next Month Year. See second screenshot. Please make it also adjustable.
