Bug Description
If the the upper edge of an event is noch on the screen, the title of these event is not always visible. The title should be displayed as long as it fits into the visible part of the event's rect.

The bug is we should redraw the time label and event label to the visible part of the event rectangle, so that it's never offscreen if the event is visible onscreen.
