Bug Description
Monthview needs it's helpers moved to __init__.py MonthView class. In addition, the following tests should be added:
test_default_view
ensure monthview starts with the current month, and the current day selected
also assert the days of the week are correct for the locale (starting with sunday, saturday, monday depending)
