"Year", "All day" and "W" (for week) not translatable

Bug Description

- "W" for week must be localized:

text: "W"+ root.startDay.weekNumber()

- Also, pot file needs update, "All Day" and "Year" strings are localized, but currently not available in Launchpad for translation.

Tested with com.ubuntu.calendar 0.4.572.
