Bug Description
Tested w/calendar app v 0.4.565 on mako vivid r73.
For example, I just created a calendar event for 10:22 PM localtime. The calendar.ics that got created says:
> DTSTART:
So a notification is kicked off at 10:22:36, rather than 10:22:00 which one would expect.

it looks like when Calendar is saving start/end time, its also saving seconds along with House, Minutes.
If we truncate the seconds before saving events, this issue can be resolved
