Bug Description
The new event page is rather busy (and a bit overcrowded) imo. I feel we can improve that situation by moving the Save and Cancel buttons shown in the screenshot to the header similar to the other pages.

Button at bottom was intentionally added in response to some bug by renato. Unfortunately I forgot what was bug, we need to find out why it was moved to bottom.
