Thanks for reporting this bug, but I'm not quite sure I can follow: the band for 1 p.m. represents the start of 1 p.m. at the top and 1:59 p.m. at the bottom. Would you be expecting anything else?

It might be that the code has changed since reporting this bug, but if you could clarify the issue you are seeing, that'd be great. Thanks!
