Bug Description
The Day view hour bands are marked so that the hour after the band marked as 1pm is 1pm.
The hour marked as 1pm should be for 1pm! Otherwise, the label should be aligned to the bottom of the cell.

Thanks for reporting this bug, but I'm not quite sure I can follow: the band for 1 p.m. represents the start of 1 p.m. at the top and 1:59 p.m. at the bottom. Would you be expecting anything else?
It might be that the code has changed since reporting this bug, but if you could clarify the issue you are seeing, that'd be great. Thanks!
