About 12 seconds to start calculator app when there is not cache

Bug Description
I am measuring startup times for different apps, I noticed that the calculator startup time is about 6 seconds in the regular scenario (with cache), but in case of the first execution (no cache) it is taking about 12 seconds to start, and it is much more than the other apps which used to take 1 or 2 seconds more than the regular scenario.
The time measures is from the used clicks in the calculator app icon in apps scope until the loader spinner is gone.
I am attaching the times measured for last builds (rc-cancidate in krillin)
