[Calculator app] Needs a method to delete all calculations easily

Desired solution:
Just leaving a comment now to help when we provide design at a later stage:
Currently there's no 'delete all' across all apps (yet). But we have a 'selection' mode which allows for multiple selection of items and then we can delete, copy, etc. (pending on what's relevant for the app).

A good example to look at is the Gallery app for selecting photos. Invoked by either: 1. 'select' from tool bar, then goes into selection mode and choose what you want, or 2. long press on an item to evoke selection mode.

At the moment to remove all calculations you need to either:-

 * Delete each one manually
 * Use the file manager to delete the database
 * Use adb to connect to the device and delete the database

None are ideal. In the future we should have an option to delete all calculations.
