Add geolocation support

Desired solution:
On 31 Aug 2013, it was decided in the weekly developers/design hangout that geo-location would not be provided in the first release.

We will evaluate whether we provide this service at a later stage, pending on the development of location services. Currently, it only displays coordinates which is not useful to users. So once the location displayed is useful to users (eg restaurant names) we can re-evaluate.

The design spec for the calculator app contemplates automatically adding the geolocation of where a calculation was made in the top level label describing that calculation.

This feature is currently blocked until the geolocation support is added to the platform, but we should nevertheless record it as a task to implement once geolocation lands.
