Use PolicyKit pkexec to get root authentication and replace the old styled gksudo

Since Ubuntu Builder project's been discontinued (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu-builder/+announcement/12508 ), I'm marking this report as an 'Opinion'. Hope some fork of Ubuntu Builder'll implement this, but a new app'll most likely use the correct pkexec method from the start.
