Bug Description
It would appear the browser (Firefox) first loads:
http://
regardlessly, and then replaces it with the icon listed in the metadata of the page. Therefore, for a couple of seconds, the pre-2010 logo is visible to the user. Ideally the named favicon should be updated too.
