Fix word-wrapping and missing CSS for ofl-1.1-ufl-1.0 diff

The diff to which inquiries regarding the UFL-1.0 are referred is:

1. When viewed, this suffers from weird line-wrapped, that reduces its usefulness.

Ideally the word-wrapping should be fixed, possibly by making the text box wider, reducing the font size, or reducing the margins to prioritise readability.

2. When viewed, the <span class="moved">words</span> mark up used to highlight the parts that are just moved, rather than substantially changed, is not rendered.

Ideally the CSS markup should be fixed, so that these parts of the text are clear again.
