Bug Description

http://design.ubuntu.com/apps/getting-started/design-vision has a section

"4. Positive actions always go on the right, negative on the left"

But phone screens are not that width and most of our applications do have a vertical stacking of buttons, it would be useful to have a note about what to do in those cases.

Looking to the power dialog or the delete one in gallery it seems that the positive action should be at the bottom, is that correct?
