Comment 0 for bug 990919

Dunno the cause, but now out of the blue all MySQL tests fail. Logs shows something like:

ERROR: (1005, "Can't create table 'stormyfacts.facts' (errno: 150)")

Maybe it was the MySQL update I had last week.
