Bug Description

Currently there is no full guide available for setting up an ubottu clone. The guide should include dependencies and packages needed, how to's for setting up encyclopedia, bug snarfer and other popular plugins as well as a guide for configuring the plugins after installation.

I can't say I know everything and anything about supybot, but I'll have a go at it. I'm always more than happy to learn. ;)
