Bug Description
I noticed a bug against Webcal was not filed, so here it is.
Currently the Webcal plugin is completely broke, this is because of poor iCal support, specifically the RRULE parts.
The bot can not reliably process the repeat rules for an event and so will often not see an event. This has caused the plugin to be disabled and no topic updating to #ubuntu-meeting
Some work has been done in lp:~tsimpson/+junk/Webcal but it still fails horribly and the whole plugin probably needs to be rewritten.
