[PackageInfo] !info commands wish

Many people use !info to give users information on certain packages, however many users misspell certain packages such as compizconfig-settings-manager and build-essential, i suggest adding a list of aliases for commonly misspelled commands. ubottu should first query the aliases list to see if there is an entry for the command, if there is not, then it should check the repo's. This would solve people getting confused when doing !info build-essentials and getting a no package error.
