Bug Description

https://ubottu.com is down for ~ 3-4 days now, and thus (HSTS) the entire website.

It would be great to have it back so we can point people to !irclogs and the factoid DB. IRC bot operation itself is unaffected.

We recently had an emergency reboot scheduled for the server to mitigate some of the effects of the Meltdown issue.

Looks like the wrong webserver was set to start at boot, I've corrected this. I'll also be adding this webserver to our system alerts so that if we do have an issue like this in the future, we can fix it faster than.

The site is back up now.
