Bug Description

For the launch of the new agenda feature on the website, events announced at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/FutureEvents should be added to the website agenda. Events on the website should be created in the appropriate language(s).

The event creation page is http://ubuntu-be.org/fr/node/add/event

This will also serve as a test for encoding, that why I'm not doing it myself. Please provide feedback.

Testing the possibility to add an event:
1st trial : the icon Add to calendar - link (http://ubuntu-be.org/fr/calendar/ical/2009-7) is trying to open the file calendar.ics and does not work. The same for en, nl or de.
using the link (http://ubuntu-be.org/fr/node/add/event) gives access to the form to add event, when logged in as ubuntu-be member (launchpad).
2d trial (3 hours later) : same problem with the icon Add to calendar. The use of the link (http://ubuntu-be.org/fr/node/add/event) is not possible (Access denied - You are not authorized to access this page), although properly logged in with launchpad account.

Correction to my previous comment:
at the right side below the calendar there is an icon "Add to calendar" which is not working (and useless?)
the procedure (menu at the left side, Create content, Event) is correctly working !

The "Add to Calendar" icon is a link to an iCalendar file of the upcoming. But it looks like it doesn't work. And I agree, the tooltip for this icon is misleading.

Regarding the encoded events, there is two link fields in the form: _Organizer_ and _More Info_. I see you used to first one as link to the Wiki page to organize the event. The intended usage was to use the _Organizer_ field to link to information about the organizer of the event, such as LiLiT.be (for the InterLUG BBQ) or Dipro.be (for Dipro Fairs). While the _More Info_ field can be used to link to a page with information about the event itself and its organization. If the event category is "Computer Fair" and 'IRC Meeting", the _More Info_ is even auto filled (if left empty).

Finally, the location field is intended for physical locations only. So IRC meetings and other _virtual_ events don't have any value for this field.

Off course, all of this is a proposition and it should be documented if accepted.
