User should be able to change Ring tone from system settings

Bug Description

1. Open system-settings app
2. Go to the sound panel from the main page
3. Click on the 'Ringtone' item
4. Select a ringtone from the list
5. Make sure the ringtone is being played.
6. Go back and make sure the newly selected ringtone is set and shown infront of the Ringtone label.

I got stuck working on this test because of a problem with the uitoolkit helper, I reported that as bug 1335864
