Bug Description

migrations of packages between pockets are not tracked/synced; for example see the following migration in debian from 2005:

Nanley, why is this "incomplete"; did Launchpad/Ubuntu change in this regard? We still cannot see automatically if a package migrated from non-free to main and do so automatically in Ubuntu.

why is this set to invalid without any comment?

seen this as well for translations, where these become unavailable after a package is demoted
