Bug Description
It appears that for packages where the amd64 build is published under amd64v3 as well (which is most packages in the archive right now!) running remove-package on the source package does not remove the amd64v3 binaries.

On further investigation this might actually be a problem with nbs packages not being reported properly (and thus not being removed and causing problems later). Will look further and update.
