Bug Description
sru-review should confirm that the devel series task is fixed instead of having it be a manual process performed by the SRU team member.
The way the code is currently written though the bug tasks are not retrieved from Launchpad until the diff and SRU have already been approved, so this would require a bit of a rewrite of sru-review.

There are still ongoing discussions about whether it should be a hard rule for the devel task to be fix released before SRU accept, vs. Fix Committed.
