This isn't actually true -- the yamls *do* have "reason: - autopkgtest" for regressions. Reassigning to archive-tools, where sru-report lives.

The autopkgtest failure information used to exist in the excuses section, but seems to have moved to the tests: autopkgtest part of the yaml.
