Bug Description

An upload of skype to oneiric seems to have been redirected to oneiric-proposed:

  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/oneiric/+source/skype/4.1.0.20-0ubuntu0.11.10.1

I suspect this is fallout from the changes to redirect uploads for the devel series to -proposed.

As discussed on #ubuntu-release, this is arguably a feature: partner goes straight into the hands of end users, and build skew between architectures could cause a problem, whether it be exact-versioned dependencies on architecture-independent common packages, or Multi-Arch: same skew.

If we took this stance, the problem then becomes that we have no migration in place (automatic or, I think, otherwise) for partner.

Stealing this for ubuntu-archive-tools for the time being; perhaps sru-report is the right place to fix this.
