Bug Description
We rebooted lillypilly a while back and the publisher had a hissy and hung. The latter bit is, of course, a bug in itself, but this also highlighted that the germinate bits are talking to people when they should, probably, be talking to archive-

This is also currently configured to talk to archive.ubuntu.com, which is amusing when archive frontends are down under load.
