Bug Description

I just noticed whilst looking for something else that

$ ls /snap/ubuntu-app-platform/current/usr/bin/ | grep webbrowser-app
webbrowser-app

apparently the webbrowser-app binary is part of the platform snap. Which seems unexpected to me. Surely the browser belongs into its own snap?

ubuntu-app-platform has webapp-container as a stage package, which in turn depends on webbrowser-app.

@timp: you can take webapp-container off the snap, and so webbroser-app as well. The container will be bundled into individual webapp snaps in the future.

@dbarth: I don't think this was the agreement after our meeting last week. I'm sure we mentioned it (and possibly it was me who proposed it), but I don't think we reached an agreement there.

Removal of webbrowser-app from the snap is ok, but I think we need some more discussion before removing the webapp container.
