Bug Description

I just found that the Haptics API was a new one since Ubuntu.Component 1.2:

https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/apps/qml/sdk-15.04/Ubuntu.Components.Haptics/

In Ubuntu.Component 1.1, it does not exist. I would suggest providing a note or mark somewhere on the API document to say:

"This API exists since Ubuntu.Component 1.2" etc. Android platform API document does do this way to provide a clear picture on how to make use of the API. For example, if an app targets to all of the phones out in the market, the API should not be applicable. If the app only works for the phones based on Ubuntu.Component 1.2 onwards, the developer can make use of the API.

If we do not have the info there, the developer has to look back and forward to get the details of the API.

Best regards,
XiaoGuo
