Broken links for scopes

I'll add redirects, but let's fix this in the API website too.

As a follow-on question, where can I find the tutorial that is generated from the doxygen doc that's in unity-scopes-api? I can't find the link anywhere in the pages on developer.ubuntu.com.

IIRC, It used to be link at the end of another guide (which is less than ideal :) and should probably be somewhere more visible).

I think we should hoist this up so it becomes part of one of the main headings under tutorials or some such. Otherwise, no-one will ever find it.

Keeping this visible is important because this doc is the *definitive* statement in many cases. (There is no other doc that's closer to the actual source.)
