Display sub-categories within categories

Bug Description
Currently sub-categories (e.g. 'Accomplishments' within the 'Accessories' category) are displayed with top-level headings. Unfortunately this causes the page to take up a lot of space.
I would recommend we present this in the way outlined in the attached image - this is more like the way to do things in the viewer. In it we present the sub-categories and clicking on one will update the page to show that category - ideally this would happen without a page refresh.
