Cannot install on Ubuntu 13.10

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-accomplishments/releases
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install accomplishments-daemon accomplishments-viewer ubuntu-community-accomplishments ubuntu-desktop-accomplishments

What should happen?

Accomplishments packages are installed.

What happens instead?

When executing the last command...

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 accomplishments-daemon : Depends: ubuntuone-couch but it is not installable
 accomplishments-viewer : Depends: gir1.2-launchpad-integration-3.0 but it is not installable
