Bug Description
In France (operator : Bouygues telecom):
Each time my phone is turned on, and at what seems random intervals, I receive a notification of new vocal messages, even if I have none. This started the first time I actually had a new message.

Same here... Every startup, i get a notification.
And after, every time i loose signal and get signal, i get another notification about vocal messages.
