Bug Description

I was told I should mention the lacking of this feature, so here I am.

A "code" format option would be great (such as ubuntuforums.com has), and as a possible bonus you could add syntax highlighting (I'm sure someone has written this code already).

This would probably be best implemented as an Elgg plugin, or maybe in the core editing widget.
