No copyright on uploaded files clears data/attachment

if you attempt to upload a file and then forget to hit the check box it will refresh the screen and all data entered for that file is lost, you must re-input the path file name description and tags all over again. Not a HUGE deal but if there were a way to not do that, it would make people happy I'm sure. Something like some kind of pop up that reminds you to check the box or something would be greatly appreciated.

Confirmed. I'm thinking the best solution to this would be to make the Upload button unavailable until the copyright box is checked.
