Bug Description
Currently ubumirror doesn't provide an easy way to add "--ipv6" to the rsync command which whill always prefer IPv6 over IPv4.
In my case, sometimes rsync use IPv4 to sync the packages and I will like to use IPv6 all the time.
I suggest to add OPTIONS or IPV6 in /etc/ubumirror.conf to add the --ipv6 option to the rsync command
