Bug Description
The rsync commands in the packaged ubumirror code are sensibly different from the ones found in this project's trunk.
It seems like the current trunk uses a hardcoded exclude list which doesn't seem to be useful for the majority of cases, as well as drop some features (like limiting the transfer speed).
Hypothesis - the commit in trunk that changes the rsync code was meant for a branch instead.
