Ubuntu firefox should use native notification popups for completed downloads

Bug Description

Currently when a download is completed using Firefox, a non-standard popup is displayed telling me about it. It would be nicer if a standard libnotify/notfiy-osd popup would be displayed instead.

An example implementation of this can be viewed here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gnotifier/
I believe that this behaviour should be standard however.

I remember it was like this by default before.... Not sure if this is an ubufox issue, though.

I confirm this bug. Firefox should use notfiy-osd by default
