## Detailed description of your contribution to this year's UbuCon Asia
As part of the organizing team for UbuCon Asia 2024, I am mainly focusing on goodies, cost-cutting, and coordinating with volunteers.

## What are your contributions to the Ubuntu project or Ubuntu Community?
I have been working to spread awareness about the Ubuntu community by planning weekly activities with my volunteer teams. We are organizing offline workshops and online engagement activities like giveaways and educational sessions.

## What are your activity plans before, during and after UbuCon Asia?
Before the event, I am planning a few pre-events, both offline and online, including workshops and social media activities like giveaways and quizzes. During the event, I am doing my best to plan everything out, working with the volunteer team, managing event goodies, and focusing on cost-cutting. After the event, I will continue to promote the Ubuntu India community through social media activities.

## Are there anything you would like to achieve through this year's UbuCon Asia?
Mainly, my focus is to meet like-minded people and connect with them to take the Ubuntu India community to the next level as it continues to grow. I will also ensure I gain as much knowledge as I can.

Hello, sorry for delays with travel grant results
We're still processing your review, and it's almost done.

Your request for covering travel cost (such as flight) will likely to be covered with reimbursement. But since we were not able to raise enough funding this year, We'll be approving lower amount then you've requested.

For accommodation, We'll arrange group booking along with other people requested for travel grant. 2 people will be assigned for same room. The Accommodation will be Hotel Grant Maple. See https://2024.ubucon.asia/venue-and-travel/accommodations/ for details.

Hello Devanshu, Thank you for waiting for the result with patience.
For transit(flight, train, bus or other), We would like to approve 60 USD.

Accommodation is being secured but not assigned to each person yet. Will let you know when we're assigning guests to rooms.

If you could reply if you can attend with this funding or not, it would be helpful for us to handle our expenses.
